No S.O. 38/P.A. 46/48/S, 6/Amd/2003-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the (Punjab General Sales Tax Act, 1948), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following amendment with immediate effect without previous publication, In Schedule "B", appended to the said Act, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said Schedule, for Serial No, 25 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted namely:-

"25 All goods sold to the serving military personnel and Ex servicemen by the Canteen Stores Department direct or through the authorized canteen contractors of through unit run canteen."
