No. S.O. 15/P.O.5/2005/S.51./2005. Whereas with a view to prevent or check avoidance or evasion of tax under the Punjab Value Added Tax Ordinance 2005, it is considered necessary so to do.

Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 51 of the Punjab Value Added Tax Ordinance, 2005 (Punjab Ordinance No. 5 of 2005), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to direct for the establishment of the following information collection centers mentioned in column 2 of the Schedule given below at the places specified in column 4 of the said Schedule, namely : -

7.	Lakhnour (Sohana)	Ropar	On Chandigarh Landran Road between Kilometer Stones No. 12 & 13 Village Lakhnour.
